Ground Pork Recipe

From the day that we had ground dishes..

I remember when I was in college, this is the only pork dish that I can eat. No, I was not a vegetarian before but I just don’t like eating meat. And then comes hubby who can never leave without meat. This is one the first few meat dish that I learned since it is also the easiest.

Ingridients:

Ground Pork, half kilo
Tomato sauce, half cup
Carrots, medium size, diced
2 potatoes, medium size, diced
bell pepper, diced
Garlic and Onion, minced
fish salt (2 tablespoon), salt and pepper

How To Cook:

Saute garlic, onion and fish salt
Add the ground pork, cook the meat
Add the tomato sauce when the ground pork turns color
Stir and leave for 5 minutes
Then add the bellpepper and cover, turn the heat into very low and leave for about 10 minutes
Check occasionally
Add the carrots and potatoes (you can fry them beforehand if you want)
Cover again and leave for 5 minutes
Then add one cup of water and let it simmer for 5 minutes
And you’re done

Easy peasy eh?
